The 170 Off Third Owners Association is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the use of this third-party vendor.  Access has been provided as a convenience and at the request of homeowners.  DuesPay/eDues' charges for use of their service.  Homeowners are solely responsible for the payment of any fees or charges associated with the use of this service.

The Association provides automatic monthly withdrawal of payment from your bank account - at no cost to homeowners.  Please contact the management office if you are interested in ACH.
